The machine's movement is manually/automatic operated, with a stationary heating chamber, and the workbench is pushed in and out. The vacuum control utilizes an electric contact vacuum gauge, automatically controlling the vacuum pressure. The microcomputer temperature controller automatically searches for changes in temperature, adjusting the heating speed to achieve precise temperature control. The machine comes standard with a top-tier domestic 2X series vacuum pump, offering excellent stability and ease of maintenance. (Alternatively, a German-imported vacuum pump with strong horsepower and low failure rate is available as an option.) It can apply various PVC films to furniture, cabinets, audio equipment, craft doors, decorative wall skirts, and other types of panel furniture. Additionally, with the installation of a silicone plate, it can be used for thermal transfer film and single-sided veneer overlay work.
