Kelly bars are key components in the execution of boreholes with hydraulic rotary drilling rigs. They transfer the torque of the rotary drive and the crowd pressure of the crowd system concurrently to the drilling tool. A Kelly bar consists of 3 – 5 telescopic tubular sections with a system of drive keys and lock recesses, welded onto their outer surfaces.

B-Reasonable radian of Kelly ribs and Pressure Key board of 30CrMoTi

C-Bottom inner hole design of Kelly box for better performance of heat-treatment with 35CrMo.

3-Welding---What we pay attention to ?

Except the professional machine welding, the experienced welder will be for the key parts with professional manual welding to be longer working life.

5-Quality control

Formal details drawing will be sent for confirming producing, strictly rule for arrange and cutting materials, professional technical will pay attention to the key parts by manual welding, Detector will test all the sections after producing, and assembling sections in order to confirm the overall fluency of Kelly bars.

A-7 working days after confirm the order.

B-Export standrad package by aluminum film rapped, with palley under for lifing and shipping. Small worn parts are packed by wooden box for successfully shipment.
